How do I know what program to choose for my child?
Flag are for 1st and 2nd graders. Pee-Wee are for KG through 2nd grade. Juniors for both football and cheer are for 3rd and 4th graders. Seniors for both football and cheer are for 5th and 6th graders.
Will I be able to do a payment plan if need be?
Yes, you will be able to choose to pay it all at once or be on the payment plan we have set up. You must enroll to use the automatic payment where the card you use will be saved under your account and the money will be pulled on the specified dates. We will send out reminders to either your email before the money is pulled from your account.
Will I be able to pay for registration in person with cash/check?
No, we will not accept any cash/checks for registrations. Fortunately, with using this software, we will be able to bypass the hassles and confusion with collecting money in person. This software allows both families and volunteer board members to handle the programs finances more efficiently!
When will the schedules for practices and games be posted?
Once we get closer to July-August, we will update the website with practice times/locations as well as the game times/locations. Once we have practice times and games posted, you can see specified calendars when clicking on the Calendar button. You will have to change the age group for the desired schedules, as well as if you would like to see practice times or games times!
Where do I get the documents for the program?
Any documents you would like to print out for yourself will be listed on the main website page under the document section, on the left-hand side. The only document you will need to fill out and upload it onto your child's account will be for the CHEERLEADERS interested in participating in the Whitmer Cheerleading Clinic.
